CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This remote agreement has been executed between the parties named below under the following terms and conditions.

INTERNET USER / CUSTOMER:
Any person (member or visitor) using the website belonging to AngelYlmz d.o.o.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement determines the legal terms and obligations regarding the confidentiality and protection of any personal data, information, or documents obtained by the user or provided by AngelYlmz, within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), GDPR, and other relevant international legislation. It ensures that such data shall not be processed, stored, or shared with third parties unlawfully.

DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

All data stored in the digital or physical environments belonging to AngelYlmz — including but not limited to databases, computers, disks, CDs, flash drives, and similar devices — as well as all information described in the company's Personal Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notice published on its website, are considered Confidential Information.

Confidential Information includes personal data of customers, employees, candidates, and visitors, business development ideas, financial and technical information, trade secrets, intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyrights), and any written or verbal information obtained during the course of work or services.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The User agrees, declares, and undertakes that all information, documents, and personal data provided by AngelYlmz:

• Shall not be disclosed or shared with unauthorized persons,
• Shall not be used for personal or commercial benefit,
• Shall not be copied, reproduced, stored, or removed from authorized environments,
• Shall not be disclosed without AngelYlmz's written consent.

The User shall not use or claim ownership over AngelYlmz's trade names, trademarks, logos, designs, patents, or any intellectual and industrial property for advertising, promotion, or any other purpose.

The User shall not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with AngelYlmz's systems, databases, software, or network infrastructure without authorization.

In case of a breach of any confidentiality obligation, the User accepts full legal and financial responsibility for any damages and agrees to compensate AngelYlmz for all material and moral losses.

The User agrees to comply with AngelYlmz's Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policies and to take all necessary administrative and technical measures to protect personal data.

Data disclosures made upon official requests of competent authorities (such as courts, prosecutors, or regulatory agencies) are excluded from this agreement.

TERM

The obligations defined herein take effect as of the date the user accepts this agreement electronically on the website and remain in force indefinitely, even after the termination of the user's relationship with AngelYlmz.

NOTIFICATIONS

The addresses and contact details provided by the parties through the website are considered official addresses for all notifications. Unless otherwise notified in writing within 7 days, these addresses shall remain valid and legally binding.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND APPLICABLE LAW

The place of performance of this agreement is Podgorica, Montenegro.

ENTRY INTO FORCE

This Confidentiality Agreement becomes effective upon the user's acceptance through the AngelYlmz website under the specified terms and conditions.
