2. SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding consultancy services provided by Angel Consulting via the internet or electronic communication channels.

The service covers consultancy and guidance on foreign investment, residence permits, company formation, tax registration, property acquisition, and related legal procedures.

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The service includes consulting, guidance, and, where applicable, representation based on a power of attorney.

• The Service Provider may act on behalf of the Client before public authorities, legal institutions, or private organizations, provided that a written or notarized power of attorney has been duly issued.
• This representation authority is strictly limited to the scope of the consultancy service.
• Angel Consulting shall not act beyond the powers defined in the power of attorney or outside the agreed service scope.
• The scope, duration, fee, and any representation requirements are clearly communicated to the Client before the commencement of the service.

4. SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT

• The consultancy fee is specified on Angel Consulting's website or in the written offer provided to the Client.
• Full payment must be made before the start of the service.
• Services will not begin until the payment is confirmed.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

• As the service is digital in nature, once the performance has begun, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
• If the service has not yet started, the Client may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase.
• The withdrawal notice must be sent by e-mail, and if approved, a refund will be made within 7 business days.

6. LIABILITY

• Angel Consulting is not responsible for the consequences arising from the implementation of consultancy recommendations.
• Decisions taken within the scope of consultancy services are at the sole discretion of the Client, who bears full responsibility for them.
• Angel Consulting's responsibility is limited to the accuracy and integrity of the information provided.
• If it is objectively determined that incorrect or misleading information was given, the maximum liability of the Service Provider is limited to the refund of the amount paid.
• No direct, indirect, material, or moral compensation claims can be made beyond this limit.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

• All client data and documents are kept confidential.
• Such information is used solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service.
• The confidentiality principles are defined in Angel Consulting's Privacy Policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Montenegro.
• The company AngelYlmz d.o.o. is headquartered in Podgorica, Montenegro.
• All disputes arising from this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Podgorica, Montenegro.

9. EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement enters into force upon the Client's electronic confirmation.
