Distance Selling Contract

This Distance Selling Contract is concluded electronically between the SELLER (www.angelandangels.com) and the BUYER approving the payment step, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable consumer protection legislation.

1. SUBJECT: The subject of the contract is the purchase of the price of the product/service specified on the payment page, under the conditions indicated, and its provision to the BUYER by the SELLER.

2. SERVICE: The product/service is described with its title and amount on the payment page; the price is stated clearly and precisely at the payment step.

3. PAYMENT: The BUYER pays the contract price in a single secure payment with a credit card through the payment form (payment.js, PCI-DSS SAQ-A).

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: A right of withdrawal is available within 14 days for distance contracts; however, it may be excluded for services that begin immediately at the time of purchase upon the consumer's explicit consent.

5. LIABILITY: The parties undertake to comply with the conditions set out in the contract. The BUYER warrants that the data provided is accurate and the SELLER that the service will be provided properly.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The legislation of the Republic of Turkiye applies to disputes arising from this contract; consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are competent.

7. ENTRY INTO FORCE: Contract enters into force when the BUYER ticks the consent box on the payment page and confirms the payment.
